Discover your invitee's needs and expectations before, during, or after the event with questions. Once added, your invitees can respond to the questions you want answered as they register or through a survey. Know dietary needs before you book the caterer. Let panel speakers know what their audience wants to hear. Get your waiver agreements without attendees even having to walk through the door. You can also attach questions to individual sessions, admission items, and travel requests ensuring your invitees are never asked anything that doesn't apply to them.

NOTE: Invitees can modify their answers following registration by logging into the event website with their confirmation numbers.

In Standard Registration Events

1 Locate the correct question tab. Begin by selecting your standard registration event. Hover over Website & Registration and click Registration Questions under Registration or the applicable survey under Surveys. For registration and Feedback Survey questions, select which question tab you want to edit. Your options include:

  • General Questions are for everyone that registers for this event, including their guests. To determine who will answer the question, select your audience from the View dropdown. Where the questions appear during registration is determined on another page.
  • Admission Item Questions will only appear for invitees that select that particular admission item after the Item Selection page.
  • Session Questions appear when invitees select a session with questions associated to it. The questions will appear after an invitee selects their sessions, and clicks Next, unless admission item questions are set up and apply to the invitee. In that case, the session questions will appear after that.
  • Travel Questions pertain to hotels and transportation, and will appear on the same page as the travel accommodations invitees are making. Determine if your invitees will see a request question that appears when they submit their accommodation or an alternate question when they decline travel.

2 Add questions. Select the correct option from the View dropdown, then select the registration path if applicable.

Hover over the options on the left to see examples of what each question type looks like, then choose one by clicking User-added image .

NOTE:  You can also add your own saved questions by clicking the User-added image next to Add Questions from Library.

Add a header, custom HTML (including formatting, images, and data tags), or a separation line. In the Question Tools sidebar, click [+] next to Design Elements and hover over the options for a preview.
