To add a capacity to your event, go to Registration > Registration Settings. In the General section, click the pencil icon in the top-right. Enter a number less than one million in the Registration Capacity field, then click the checkmark in the top-right to save. Once this many people register, registration will close.

To give agenda items a capacity, go to Registration > Admission Items for admission items, Registration > Optional Items for optional items, or Agenda > Session List for sessions. Click the name of the item, then Edit. Enter a number in the Capacity field and click Save. A "Full" label will appear beside these items when they reach capacity. If all admission items are full, registration will close. Want every last seat filled? Consider adding an event waitlist or a session waitlist.
