To meet EU GDPR and Privacy Shield requirements, a Privacy Policy must be present on all webpages. By default, the Cvent Privacy Policy will be included in the footer of your event's website and registration pages. You can change this to your own company's privacy policy in a Classic, Flex, or Express registration event, Appointments event, Abstract project, OnArrival check-in process, and CrowdCompass app. It is recommended to have both Cvent's and your company's Privacy Policy listed, but you can also opt to have one or the other.
