Though integrating Cvent with CrowdCompass can be a huge time saver, you may want to keep Attendees, Sessions, Speakers or Registration Types separate between the two products for certain events. Here's how to modify or fully turn off the integration from your Cvent account.
 
1 Navigate to the Push API Integrations menu. Log in to Cvent and click on your event's name from the list.

Hover over Event Details and, under General, click Push API Integrations

2 Adjust your synced objects. Click the arrow next to the CrowdCompass integration, then click Edit

Under Synced Objects, switch the radio button to No for any data items that should no longer pull from Cvent to CrowdCompass.

Click Save at the top of the screen when you've finished, then click Validate. You should receive a green confirmation message letting you know that your account has passed validation. Click Sync with CrowdCompass to ensure the changes are reflected in your app.

Or turn off the CrowdCompass Integration. To fully disable the integration and stop the flow of all Cvent data, switch "Activate CrowdCompass integration for this event" to No.

 
NOTE: This selection completely removes the connection between Cvent and CrowdCompass. That means any updates to Attendees, Sessions, Session Rules, Speakers, or Registration Types will no longer sync to the mobile app.
Click Save at the top of the screen. All previously synced content will continue to exist in CrowdCompass and must be manually deleted in the EventCenter to be removed from the app.
