If you are an account administrator, there are several standard reports you can run to find out more details about the venue clusters linked to your account.

1 Run the report you need. Click Admin in the top right. Hover over Reporting and, under View, click Standard Reports.

Scroll down to the User Audit Reports and click Show Report Presets to see all three options. 
These include:
 
  • Multi-Property Users provides a high-level overview of the clusters in your account, including the number of assigned venues and users, user limit, or expiration date.
  • Users per Venue Cluster shows which above property users are currently associated to your clusters.
  • Venues per Venue Cluster shows which venues are currently associated to your clusters.

Click Run next to the report you need. 

In the Selection Criteria choose what venue clusters you want to view.
 
NOTE: In the Users and Venues per Venue Cluster reports you can also choose to view active, inactive, or all associated users and venues respectively.

Click the neighboring tab, Fields. The venue cluster fields with the + sign can be associated to the report, while the ones with the check mark are already associated to it. Click the fields to choose what will and will not display in the report.

Once you're done, click Run to generate the report.

If you need to make any last minute tweaks to the selected data, hover over Data in the top right, then click Change Report Data. Make any necessary adjustments, then click Run.

2 Filter the report. Click Filters in the top right, then Edit Filters to view a list of ways to narrow down the data by toggling them on or off with a click.

Click Apply.

Next, tweak the filters to trim down your report data. For example, if you only want to view specific clusters, use the Venue Cluster Name filter to check the boxes next to the clusters you want.

Click Apply when you're done, then click Filters in the top right to close the Filters menu.

3 Customize how your data is displayed in the report. Hover over the ellipsis (...) icon in the top right and click Edit.

In the Columns tab, you can remove columns you do not wish to see by toggling them off. You can also rearrange the report columns by clicking on a column name and dragging it to the preferred position.

Click the neighboring tab, Groupings, to start grouping your data per your needs. For example, if you are running the Venues per Venue Cluster report and you want to view if a venue is associated with several clusters, click the dropdown menu, and check the box next to Venue Name. Once you're done, click Update.

4 Save your customized report. If you have made edits to the report criteria and filters, you can save them for future use by hovering over ...Actions in the top right and clicking Save As. Enter a name for your customized report and a description, if desired. You can also create a schedule to automatically run the report at regular intervals.

Click Save when you're done. You can find your customized report in the Saved Reports tab.
