Use Exhibitor Management to configure lead qualification questions. 

Accessing Exhibitor Management Settings

1 Access your event's Exhibitor Management settings in Flex. Return to your Flex event. Hover over Website & Registration and, under Onsite, click Exhibitor Management.

Or, access your event's Exhibitor's Management settings in Onsite Solutions. Log in to your Onsite Solutions account. Select your event, then click Exhibitors from the left-hand navigation. The Exhibitors tab opens by default.

Adding Lead Qualification Questions
Customize the questions that will appear after a member of your booth staff scans a lead.

1 Access the Lead Qualification Questions section. From Exhibitor Management, click the name of your company. Then click the Lead Qualification Questions tab.

Click Customize Questions.

Continue building out your lead qualification questions as desired. When you're finished, click Save.

Adding Device Names
Assign names to your devices if you want to see where a lead was scanned (for example, Booth Tour or Happy Hour).

1 Open LeadCapture Settings. Click the name of your company, then the rightmost tab, LeadCapture Settings.

In the Device Name section, click Add device name.

2 Add a device name. Enter a device name and code. Some examples include: iPad, Coffee Bar, Main Lobby, or John's iPhone.

When you're done, click Save. Repeat these steps for each device you want to name.


Configuring Required Lead Fields
Depending on your business needs, you may want to require your onsite staff collect certain information from leads. Follow these steps to determine which fields they should fill out.

1 Open LeadCapture Settings. Click the name of your company, then the rightmost tab, LeadCapture Settings.


2 Determine which fields should be available. In the Required Lead Fields section, check the boxes next to the fields you want to prompt your onsite staff to complete.

3 Enforce required fields. To enforce your onsite staff to actually complete the fields. Toggle Require fields to green.

When you're finished, click Save.

Requiring Your Staff to Complete the Lead Qualification Survey
Follow these steps to require your onsite staff to complete the lead qualification survey. This won't make all of the questions in the survey required, but instead will require your staff complete the survey upon scanning a lead.

1 Open LeadCapture Settings. Click the name of your company, then the rightmost tab, LeadCapture Settings.

2 Require the survey to be completed. In the Require Lead Qualification Questions section, toggle Require questions to green.

To allow your onsite staff members to cancel out of the lead qualification survey, toggle Include cancel option to green.

When you're finished, click Save.
