Users are required to enter their password to log into the OnArrival app. Once you're in, you can lock devices to prevent onsite staff from switching between events, sessions, or locations, accessing the attendee list, and registering walk-ins.

For an additional layer of security, you can request the App Unlock PIN feature be enabled in your account. This requires account users to create a 6-digit PIN during the login process. After every 30 seconds of app inactivity, users will be required to enter their device-specific PIN to continue using OnArrival. Users are always required to enter their password to exit Kiosk Mode or Locked Mode, and after 48 hours of inactivity. With this feature enabled, they'll also be required to enter their password if they've already entered their PIN incorrectly five times.

Once your Account Team enables this feature, it is automatically turned on for all account users and cannot be disabled on an individual user-basis. For additional information or to have this enabled in your account, reach out to your Account Team.
