If you've enabled adjustable time zone in CrowdCompass, your attendees will see text on the All Sessions and My Schedule pages of the Online Event Guide (OEG) and the app letting them know what time zone they are viewing content in. The time zone set for the event will display by default.

Attendees in a different time zone than the event's will receive a pop-up notification the first time they visit either the All Sessions or My Schedule page and can switch to their device's time zone by clicking Adjust within the notification. Event content will be displayed in the attendee's preferred time zone as they navigate the OEG or the app. In the OEG, the event content will revert back to the time zone set for the event if attendees clear their browser's cache and cookies. Even if they do, attendees can always click Adjust beside the time zone label, then Adjust again to switch to their device's time zone.
