The basic functions of checking in attendees, editing their information, and scanning and printing badges work offline. That is as long as you log in and ensure the event (including badges) is downloaded to your device before you drop Wi-Fi. However, you must be online to do the following:
| NOTE: If you're using the OnArrival Name Badge badge type, your badges will automatically download for offline use. Find out which badge type you're using in Attendees > Badges and Certificates. Click on the badge name and you'll see the Type field. |
