About | Did you miscalculate a cost, quote too high, or find an opening for those alternate dates after all? Not a problem. You can edit a proposal at any time and it will automatically update in the planner's account. You'll want to resend it though, just to be sure they notice your changes.
1 Open the RFP. Click Manage RFPs in the top navigation bar, then open the RFP you want by clicking its name.2 Edit its details. The General Information tab opens by default. Click Edit to make changes to the proposal's introduction, commission details, overall availability, or update your attachments.
Once you're done, click Save.
Use the neighboring tabs to revise room availability, estimated costs, contact information, or your answers to the planner's questions.
Click Edit to make changes and don't forget to Save them when you're done.3 Resend your proposal. Click the Resubmit Proposal button that appears once you've saved your edits.
Consider explaining your changes to the planner using the Message box.
NOTE: Retrieve saved text by clicking Use a Saved Message above the text box, then Select to drop it in. |
To send a notification of your updates to the CVBs copied on the original RFP, check the appropriate box.
Click Resubmit Proposal. The planner will receive an email with the subject line "Updated Proposal," notifying them of your changes.
