Awarded RFPs are automatically archived 30 days after the decision date. If you need to reinstate the RFP later, unarchive it by following the steps below.

 

1 Access your archived RFPs. On the All RFPs and Bookings page, select Archived from the Views dropdown in the top-right of the RFP list.

 

The Archived option is highlighted in the Views dropdown in the upper right of the All RFPs and Bookings page.

 

2 Unarchive an RFP. Locate the RFP you need, then click the Row actions icon to its right. Select Unarchive RFP from the dropdown.

In the next prompt, select the date when the RFP should be re-archived, then click Save.

 

A date is selected for the RFP to be re-archived, and the Save button is highlighted.
