Looking for more ways to drum up cash for your event? Put your Event App and Attendee Website to work. You can sell space, like splash screens, banners, event ads, profiles, and notifications, as well as attendee engagement feature access to sponsors. Find everything you need right here, including suggestions for sponsorship opportunities you can offer and links to instructions on how to upload your sponsors' content.
1 Identify the opportunities. There are a variety of places on the app and website that can be used to call attention to sponsors. These include:
- Organization Listing - Make the option even more appealing by featuring up to eight sponsors on the Home page, adding videos, documents, and links to the listing, and giving sponsors access to additional engagement features like chat, messages, appointments, and a one on one meeting room where they can video conference with attendees.
- Sponsored Sessions - Drive engagement with a sponsored breakout by adding the sponsor's name and logo to the session listing. As a convenient way to gather feedback from and insight into your attendees, you can add surveys, polls, and the ability to export lead information from session participants.
- Page Banners -Create a single promotional banner or multiple banners in a carousel that will display at the top of the Home, Exhibitors, or Sponsors pages with the option to link to an Exhibitor's virtual booth, an Attendee hub page, or an external link. Report on how many clicks a banner received after the event.
- Event Ads - Create a promotional ad that directs attendees to a sponsor's virtual booth, an Attendee Hub page, or an external link. It can be visible on the Home, Exhibitors, or All Sessions pages. Ads display automatically based on their number of views and the visibility settings that are configured. Report on how many impressions and clicks an ad received after the event.
- Engagement Reporting - Add on the ability for sponsors to export a list of the attendees who engaged with their organization in Attendee Hub and the actions they took to do so.
- Custom Web or Video Link Cards - Direct attendees to sponsor websites or videos directly from the Home page. You can add up to three links or three videos within a single card.
- Game - Create more incentive for attendees to visit a particular virtual booth by assigning a higher point value to a challenge themed to the organization.
- Discussions - Create a discussion sponsored by the organization and related to a product or service they offer or an industry topic they support.
- Notifications - Timing is everything. Send promotional messages between sessions for maximum impact.
- Splash Screen - This graphic is displayed in the Event App only as a loading screen when attendees first enter the event. Keep this valuable real estate exclusive to one sponsor and ensure the price reflects its worth.
- Home Page Graphics - Incorporate sponsors into your Website Cover Image or Event Details Header Image. Adjust the price depending on if you'll highlight one sponsor, or multiple.
2 Create a price sheet. Work with your team to create price sheets for potential sponsors. Outline the sponsorship opportunities you want to include, summarize the details, and share.
3 Add sponsors' content to the Attendee Hub. Once your sponsors have sent you their content, click the relevant links in the list above to learn how to upload or create it in Exhibitor Management or the Attendee Website and App Builder.
Or, let the organization do the work for you. Share the instructions for managing a virtual booth with your sponsors.
NOTE: Depending on the sponsorship opportunities available for your event, you may need to give exhibitors access to their purchased features first, or still configure certain features yourself within the event. |
