NOTE: For Passkey, the Report Templates tab always opens by default, even if there are saved reports.

Carefully read the description under each report to help you determine which one best suits your needs.

If there are reports you'll be using frequently, mark them as favorites by clicking the Favorite icon to the left. Then, you can easily locate them by clicking the Favorites filter at the top of the list.

NOTE: Favoriting reports is currently not available for Webinar or Essentials.

Run the Report
To the right of the report you need, click the Run Report icon to run it, or the Edit Fields before Running icon to start editing its fields and criteria first. We recommend using the latter to quickly check if the report has the data fields you need rather than wait for the report to run first.

NOTE: Need to review the report at a later time? Queue it while it loads.
