Different actions are possible during each phase of your survey. See your survey's current status by going to Settings > Survey Administration for classic surveys or reviewing the Survey Status section on your new survey's Overview page.
 

In Surveys (Classic)
 
 
Pending  
You completed the Survey Creation Wizard.


Weblinks are not yet active.
Questions can be added, edited, deleted, or imported, but logic will not work.
This is the only point where ticketing can be activated.
 


 
 
Test Mode
You clicked "Move to Test Mode" on the Overview page.

You can test the survey in its entirety, collecting a max of 25 responses
Questions can be added, edited, deleted, or imported.
You can manually send up to 100 emails.
 
 
 


 
 
Active 
You clicked "Launch Survey" on the Overview page.


This is the only point were respondents can complete the survey on their own.
Questions can no longer be deleted, only hidden, once a respondent answers them.
Scheduled emails will go out.
 




 
 
Closed 
Maximum number of responses has been reached or the Closed Date has passed.


Respondents can no longer take the survey.
Data is still accessible through reports.
Emails can still be sent manually.
 


 
 
Archived
The Archived date has passed.

The survey no longer appears in your Current Surveys view on the Survey Selection page.
Data is still accessible through reports.
You can no longer email respondents.
 
 

 

In Surveys (New)
 
 
Draft
