Uploading a Hero, Main, or Ad Image

1 Access your venue's images. Begin by clicking Venues in the blue navigation bar.

Open a venue's profile by clicking its name.

Under Section Links on the left, click Venue Details. The Venue Details tab opens by default. Select the rightmost tab, Listing Options, and click Edit.

2 Upload an image. To ensure your image isn't blurry, stretched, or squished, save as a .jpg, .jpeg, or .gif. The recommended dimensions for all images is 1920 x 1080 pixels, with a minimum of 480 x 480 pixels.

NOTE: The image size must not exceed 10 MB. For a quick upload experience we recommend keeping the image size under 8 MB.

Click the appropriate Browse... button to upload the image from your computer or network.

If you have an upgraded diamond listing, add a hero image, which will appear across the top of your venue's profile and in the venue's Quick Views and Search Results.

NOTE: Hero images are responsive, which means they'll change size depending on the screen they're being viewed on. Take these tips and tricks into account to make sure your photo looks incredible on monitors and phone screens alike.

3 Add a description. While you're here, consider adding listing text. Besides your image, this is the first thing planners see when searching the Supplier Network so make it appealing to them, not transient shoppers.

NOTE: If your venue is a 3 Diamond listing or above, add advertisement text as well.

Once you're done, click Save.
