You've hired fresh sales managers and said goodbye to others. Ensure new staff can log in and old employees aren't still getting email alerts by keeping your usernames and lead catchers up-to-date.

NOTE: If your property uses Delphi or MeetingBroker, contact Amadeus support to add your lead catchers.
  • Notify your venue administrator. As soon as the property's personnel changes, contact your venue administrator to let them know who's been hired or fired. Venue administrators are the only account users who can add, remove, edit logins, and reset passwords. Not sure who that is? Find out or sign up yourself.
  • Or contact Cvent. A Cvent representative can also create a login for you or a coworker. Simply fill out this survey.
