When an event-related point of contact isn't readily displayed, your invitees call us. For security reasons, Cvent cannot answer their questions. That makes them unhappy, sometimes unhappy enough to not bother attending, which makes you unhappy, and when you're unhappy, we're unhappy. Use the Contact Us page or widget and make the world a happier place.

1 Access the Contact Us widget. Begin by selecting your event. From the left-hand navigation, click Website, then Event Website.

To the right of the page you want to add the widget to, click Customize, then click Build to the right of the canvas. Under Buttons & Links, drag and drop Contact Planner onto the canvas and additional settings will appear to the right.

 
In the Configuration options section, enter the planner's first name, last name, organization, phone number, and select an account email address where inquiries will go to. Determine whether or not you want to display the email address in the contact us form.

2 Add additional planner information, if desired. Since the Contact Planner widget only adds a button to your website, give your invitees a little more information about who's planning this event.

To the right of the canvas, click Build. Then, from the Page Elements section, drag and drop a text widget onto the canvas above the Contact Us button.

To the right of the canvas, type out the event planner's information in the Text box. The example below incorporates multiple text widgets above the Contact Us button to give more context.

Click Save to save your changes and continue working, or Publish to make it available to invitees.
