Have you been wasting entire afternoons repeatedly associating the same users to the same events? That sounds unhealthy. Do yourself some good and create a user group, sets of users that make toggling visibility more efficient. Instead of checking all those boxes, you'll only have to check one.

Adding a User Group

1 Access the Group Details page. Begin by clicking Admin in the top right. Hover over Users and, under Manage, click User Groups.

Hover over Create and click  Account User Group.

2 Define access. Name the user group. In the Existing Item Visibility section, select the default visibility. Your choices include:

  • All Existing Items - Every event will be visible to any associated users.
  • No Existing Items - Every event will be hidden from any associated users.
  • Only the items visible to the selected user groups - All of the events that are currently visible to the checked groups will be visible to any associated users.

Determine which email addresses, custom domains, and merchant accounts will be available to the associated users by checking the appropriate boxes.

Click Save.

Associating Users to a User Group

1 Access the Associated Users page. After adding every login, click Admin in the top right. Hover over Users and, under Manage, click User Groups.

Select a user group's name, then, click Associated Users.

2 Associate the users. Check the box next to each user you want included in the group.

Associating a User Group to an Event

1 Access your event's visibility settings. After setting up a user group, you're ready to further adjust visibility for all those associated users.

Under Solutions at the top of the page, click Events. Select your event. Hover over Event Details and, under General, click Event Configuration.

The Event Features tab opens by default. Click the neighboring tab, Event Visibility.

2 Associate the user group. Click Edit, then check the box next to the user group.

Click Save and every user associated to the group is now able to see this event.
