Why send six emails when you can do the same job with one? Event bridge data tags allow you to link to other events within the one you're currently working on. These tags will take the invitee to the Identity Confirmation Page. If you're using the website invitation, they'll be directed to that instead. Best of all, anyone who's already in your Address Book will have their contact information pre-populated.

NOTE: This feature is only available in Classic events.

1 Access the HTML Editor. Whether it's a website or a registration page, you can add an event bridge data tag anywhere you can access the HTML Editor. Just look for the Edit Section links to the right of page headers.

The HTML Editor is also built into emails. To access it, select your event. Hover over Promotion & Communication and, under Email, click Event Emails. Select a template. Click the Content tab in the middle of the screen, then click Edit.

2 Insert the event bridge data tag. Click the Insert tab, then User-added image in the Content section. You're taken to the Data Tag selection screen.

Select Event Bridge from the Category dropdown. A link data tag inserts a hyperlink that reads "Click Here" while the URL data tag inserts the event's URL and can be placed behind different text or images. Click the arrow to the left of each option to see a version for every event.

Check the box next to the correct event bridge data tag.

Click OK (click OK again if you're editing a webpage), then Save. If the HTML Editor appeared in a separate window, be sure to save on the original page as well.

NOTE: Invitees don't like spam either. They'll receive emails from every event that includes their name on an invitation list. Remove them in the ones they don't register for.
