In life, the only constant is change. Cvent accounts for this by making removing or modifying the person who's handling your invitee's registration a breeze. After updating, resend the Administrator Confirmation email to alert the new party.

Removing the Administrator

1 Access the Invitee Details tab. Begin by selecting your event. From the left-hand navigation, click Attendees, then Attendee List. Search for the registrant whose administrator will be removed and click the appropriate name.

2 Remove the Administrator. Hover over Registration and click Remove Administrator.

Click Confirm.

Updating the Administrator

1 Access the Invitee Details tab. Begin by selecting your event. From the left-hand navigation, click Attendees, then Attendee List. Search for the registrant whose administrator will be updated and click the appropriate name.

2 Update the Administrator. Hover over Registration and select Update Administrator.

Enter the name and email address of the new administrator, then click Submit.
 
NOTE: You cannot update who registered on the invitee's behalf, if no one originally indicated they did. You instead must unregister the invitee and the administrator must re-register them with their details.

Resending the Administrator Confirmation Email

1 Access the Invitee Details tab. The new administrator will need the group confirmation number to manage the invitee's registration. Resend the Administrator Confirmation email to provide that and other key event details.

Begin by selecting your event.
From the left-hand navigation, click Attendees, then Attendee List. Search for the registrant whose administrator will receive the email and click the appropriate name.

2 Resend the Confirmation Email. Hover over Actions and select Resend Administrator Confirmation.
