Say CYA to TMI by keeping some things between you and your colleagues. Internal information allows you to do just that, creating event- and account-specific questions that are only visible to fellow account users. After answering the question in the invitee's record, responses will appear in summary views and various reports.
 
 

Creating Event-Specific Internal Information Questions
 

Follow these steps if you only need to add the internal information question to a single event. Want to use the same question across all of your events? Add default internal information questions instead.

1 Access the Internal Information page. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Website & Registration and, under Surveys, click Internal Information.

2 Add questions. Hover over the options on the left to see examples of what each question type looks like, then choose one by clicking User-added image.

When the pop-up appears, enter the question details. Options will vary depending on the selected question type.
 
Once you're done, click Save.

If you used the HTML Editor, be sure to save on the original page as well.
 
 

Creating Default Internal Information Questions

 
If you'll be reusing the same question across all of your events, follow these steps to add it to the Internal Information library. The question is then automatically added to all of your events, so you don't have to create it over and over again.

1 Access the Internal Information library. Begin by clicking Admin in the top-right. Hover over Events and, under Invitee Management, click Internal Information.

2 Add default questions. Hover over the options on the left to see examples of what each question type looks like, then choose one by clicking User-added image.

When the pop-up appears, enter the question details. Options will vary depending on the selected question type. Once you're done, click Save.
 
 

Answering Internal Information Questions
 
1 Answer the question in an invitee's record. Once you've finished adding questions, it will only be a matter of time before you're ready to fill them with good wholesome data.
 
NOTE: Adding an abundance of answers? Consider importing them.

If necessary, hover over Solutions at the top of the page, and click Events. Select your event.
 
Hover over Invitee Management and, under Manage, click Invitees & Registrants. Search for the invitee and click their name.
 
The Details tab will open by default. Click the tab to the right, Answers, then Edit.
In the Survey section, from the Display dropdown, select Internal Information. Both the event and default internal information questions will appear.

Update your heart out, but don't forget to click Save.
