Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Reporting and, under Reports, click Reports (New). Based on the info you're looking for, run the following Event Management reports:
  • Invitees and Registrants: Located under Common Reports, this returns a list of invitees and guests along with their contact and registration information, if applicable. Commonly used sub-reports include: Cancellations, Event Participants, Invitee and Registrant Details, Pending and Denied Approval, and Waitlisted Registrants.
  • Registrants: Located under Common Reports, this returns a list of Accepted registrants along with their contact and registration information. Commonly used sub-reports include: Group Registrations and Registrant Details.
  • Email Details: Located under Email Reports, this returns a list of emails sent from the event and details about each one.
  • Transactions: Located under Financial Reports, this returns a list of all online and offline transactions processed in the event, as well as a summary of payments and refunds. Sub-reports include: Transactions by Registrant.
  • Hotel Request Details: Located under Hotel Reports, this returns a list of registrants and details regarding their hotel requests.
  • Invitee Change History: Located under Miscellaneous Reports, this returns a list of invitees and any changes made to their information, including modifications, cancellations, and field edits.
  • Answer Details by Question: Located under Registration Reports, this returns a list of the event's surveys, along with all questions and invitee answers for each one.
  • Agenda Items - Registration Details: Located under Session and Agenda Item Reports, this returns a list of registrants and the agenda items they've registered for. Sub-reports include: Agenda Items - Registration Details with Financial Information.
