You've seen your answers and now you want a more customized chart. Follow the steps below to add a presentation, giving you more options to change how your data displays.

1 Customize the presentation. Begin by selecting your survey. Click Reports in the blue navigation bar. Under Section Links on the left, click Presentations, then Add Presentation.

Give your presentation a name that you will remember. This, along with the description and internal note, will not display during the presentation. They are strictly for your reference.

Customize the title, introduction, and conclusion pages by using the HTML editor. These pages will display during your presentation.

Once you're done, click Next >>.

2 Establish the settings. Determine if questions will be displayed as charts, tables, or both, then establish what color the presentation will be. Check which counts will appear.

In the Response Filters section, decide if complete responses, partial responses , or both will display.

Establish the date range. If you select custom, enter the start and end dates.

Click Next >>.

3 Select your questions. All of your questions will be selected, but you can customize which ones will be included by unchecking questions that shouldn't be in the presentation.

Click << Previous to make any changes. If everything looks right, click Finish.

4 Manage your survey. Once your presentation is created, you'll be taken to the first question. To edit the question, click Edit. Customize the name of the page, how the question will display, and what is included within the question. In the Answer Options section, you can exclude answers. The Exclude box has the answers that will not appear in the presentation, while the Include box has the answers that will display during your presentation.

In the Response Filters section, you can decide which response types will be included and the date range.

Click Save.

Customize the chart further by using the icons in the top left, just make sure you're saving your changes.

 
NOTE: If you move to another question without clicking the Save icon, all changes will be lost.

Hovering over Page will give you additional options for adding, copying, exporting, or deleting this page.

Lastly, everything you created when setting up the presentation can be altered by hovering over Presentation, and selecting Settings. To reorder questions, copy the presentation, export it, park it for people outside of Cvent, or delete the presentation, hover over Presentation and select the appropriate option.
