Does it ever feel like Avery thought of every stock size but yours? Well you don't need her. Specify the exact paper size and shape needed for any badge, ticket, or certificate you want to print.

1 Access the stock options. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Website & Registration and, under Onsite, click Badges & Certificates.

Click Create New. Or, open an existing badge by clicking its name, then Edit.

Under Basic Information, click the ellipsis (...) in the Stock field.

2 Enter dimensions. When the pop-up opens, click Create Stock at the bottom. Give it a name that includes the dimensions so you don't forget.

NOTE: Got Event in a Box? The dimensions for single-sided badges are 4x3 inches and double-sided badges are 4x6 inches. Enter "0" for the margins and "1" for rows and columns.

Choose a unit of measurement, inches or millimeters, and specify the width and height of the actual badge or certificate. Margins are the space you want to leave around it on the page. Vertical and horizontal margins must be the same on both sides. Rows and columns refer to how many badges will fit on each page you print. Still unsure how this all looks? Refer to the graphic below.

Once you're done, click Create & Select. Now you're ready to finalize the design and print.
