1 Filter out the noise 
Enter a location and click Find Venues. All your favorite filters are here, just with a brand-new look. Don't miss the the "Sort by" dropdown that organizes results by distance, rating, meeting space, or rooms. Click View Map in the upper left to see results geographically. Use the filters on the left to narrow results further. For example, click the Distance from Airport filter at the bottom and enter a distance to show only venues within that radius.

NOTE: On the map, this icon User-added image appears in the center of the location you searched for. The dark blue dots User-added image indicate venues. Click a venue and the icon turns light blue User-added image. A dark grey dot User-added image means you checked it out already. User-added image means you added the venue to your list and User-added image means it's added to an RFP. Click any spot on the map to drop a pin User-added image, which lets you search the surrounding area.

2 Start with a deal 
Click the Promotions tab. You can filter promotions by city, your event dates, amenities, or even the number of rooms the property has available.

3 Start broad 
If the world’s your limit, click the City Guides tab to compare regions, countries, and cities. You’ll get a breakdown of stats only a planner would care to know, such as total convention center space, hotel counts, number of restaurants, local weather, the area’s sales tax, and everything an attendee would want to do in their free time.
