It's quiet. Too quiet. Before you send a follow up, run the Email Details report to ensure your emails were received and read. You can also find out exactly when each email was sent to your invitees, group leaders, and administrators. In fact, you may see an invitee's name more than once within the report. But your guest emails and emails sent to CC email addresses will not be displayed.

NOTE: Cvent only stores email history for six months. After that, the data is removed to make room on our servers.

1 Access your reports. Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Reporting and, under Reports, click Reports (New).

From the Category dropdown, click Email Reports to shorten the list.

Click Email Details.
It may take a few minutes for your report to process.

2 See how many were delivered and opened. Click the arrow to the left of the email type you want to view data for. Then, a list of statuses will appear:

  • Sent shows you how many successfully arrived in an inbox.
  • Undeliverable tells you how many bounced back.
Click the arrow to the left of the email status to expand the list of registrants.

By default, the report will include the full name, company name, invitee status, recipient address, email name, sent date, and opened (yes or no) for each invitee and the date the email was sent. To add more info, hover over Data in the top right, then click Change Report Data. Then continue with customizing the report.

NOTE: Click an invitee's name to open their invitee record.
