See it like attendees will by previewing your event on a mobile device or online.

Previewing on a Mobile Device
1 Download the CrowdCompass AttendeeHub. Using the CrowdCompass AttendeeHub is the best way to preview your event as it's being built. You can download the app from the App Store or Google Play.

Or use your own app. If you're creating a new event in an existing app, you can test your event there instead. Open your app and return to the event directory by tapping the hamburger icon in the top left, then Switch Event.

2 Log in with your CrowdCompass account. Tap the icon in the top left, then Log In. Enter the same credentials you use for CrowdCompass, then tap Log In once more.

3 Download your event. You can search the directory by the event name or, depending on your privacy settings, the event password. Once you've found your event, tap it to begin downloading.


The event will automatically open after it's done downloading.
 
NOTE: Want other members of your team to test the app? You'll have to add them to your account as admins. Once they have a CrowdCompass login, they can preview the app the same way as you. 

Previewing Online

1 Access the EventCenter Dashboard. Login to CrowdCompass, then click your Event's name.

2 Preview the event. At the top of the Event Checklist, click View Online Event Guide to be taken to the web-based version of your event.

NOTE: Want other members of your team to preview the web version? Click Marketing from the side nav, then Resources. Copy the Event URL and share it with them.
