Linking Your Merchant Account to an Event

After you've set up a merchant account with a bank, notified our eCommerce team, and tested a few transactions, activate the account in every event you want registrants paying by credit card.

1 Access the Event Configuration page . Begin by selecting your event. Hover over Event Details and, under General, click Event Configuration. Click Edit.

2 Connect your merchant account. In the Pricing section, check the box beside Fees. Then, select your merchant account from the dropdown.

Check the boxes beside the credit card types you're accepting, then click Save.

Now you're ready to set up fees and customize the Submit Payment page.
