The number of registrations you're allotted varies by account. Your limit is listed in the "minimum usage fee" line item on your contract. If you'd like to see how many registrations have been used on your account as recently as the previous month, you can run the same report our billing department uses. Log in to your Cvent account and click the  User-added image icon in the top-right, then select Admin from the dropdown. From the left-hand navigation, click Reporting, then Reports. Click Monthly Registration Billing Summary.

This report counts registrations in the month they were processed. It also removes duplicates, if someone registers multiple times for the same event. Imported, pending, denied and guest registrations are included. For example:

 
  • If an invitee registers online on May 1st. This registration is included in the May row.
  • If you import a registration on May 1st that took place in December of last year, the registration will be included in the May row (since it was processed in May). 
  • If an invitee registers on May 1st, cancels on May 2nd, and re-registers with the same email address June 6th, this will be included in the May row and counts as a single registration. You will not be charged more than once for the same invitee within the same event.
