Using the LeadCapture app, exhibitors can scan potential leads during the event, then export them all in a tidy excel file when it's time to pack up. Best of all, you'll have help with the set up. You'll designate an Exhibitor Admin, who will coordinate lead gathering for their organization, so you can concentrate on the other million-and-one things that are going to make your event a success.

1 Add your Exhibitors. First, you'll need to add the attending exhibitors to their event individually or by importing them. You'll also designate an Exhibitor Admin for each organization and allocate them a chosen number of Lead Gatherer licenses. Each license represents one person who will have the ability to scan leads during the event. The responsibility of the Exhibitor Admin is to distribute their organization's licenses.

2 Let the Exhibitor Admin take over. Once you've assigned licenses, send your Exhibitor Admin these instructions to help get them started and these instructions for their lead gatherers. After that, your job is to stand back and let the Exhibitor Admin work. They'll distribute their licenses and add their own team who will gather leads during the event.

NOTE: An organization's members register for the event before they can be added as booth staff.

Once the event has wrapped up, the Exhibitor Admin can export all of the gathered leads as an excel file.
