Why is my contact disconnected from my event or survey?

After a contact has been deleted, the hyperlink that connected an attendee or respondent record to the Address Book is permanently removed. Their contact info will also no longer appear in contact reports. You can re-add the contact, but unfortunately once removed, there is no way to get the associated data back. However, their event data and survey data is still preserved in every event or Inquisium survey they've been added to. It's also important to note that if a contact is still on an event's invitation list or a survey's targeted list, they'll still receive scheduled Event and Inquisium emails. To prevent this, remove the registrant from the invitation list or the respondent from the targeted list.
