Website
  • Event Website - Ensure all necessary pages are displaying and their content is up-to-date in your event website. Be sure to publish your changes.


Registration

Pricing
  • Fees - Ensure fees and refund policies are set up for the appropriate agenda items.
  • Discounts - Establish that your discount codes and volume discounts are associated to the correct agenda items.
  • Taxes - Ensure any taxes are associated to the correct agenda items and service fees.
  • Service fees - If charging a service fee, make sure it's activated and associated to the correct registration types.

Registration Process
 
NOTE: Don't use registration questions to collect travel data. Instead, use the air request, air actual, or hotel request forms that are already built into Cvent. These offer more extensive reporting options.
Registration Settings
  • Registration Deadline - Review when registration will close to all invitees.
  • Registration Capacity - Establish how many invitees can register for your event.
  • Pricing - Ensure your event prefix, merchant account, currency, and allowed payment methods are finalized.

Weblinks

  • Standard Weblinks - Note your standard weblinks and review Reference IDs as needed.

Social Media

  • Share Bar - If invitees are able to share your event, ensure your content and images are up-to-date. If outdated content is still appearing on Facebook, debug it.

Air Travel

  • Air Request Setup - If collecting registrants' flight information to book a flight on their behalf through the air request form, ensure that the default air request form settings are correct.

  • Air Actual Setup - If collecting registrants' flight information, ensure the air actuals default schedule has the correct dates and airports. If using a PNR integration for air requests or air actuals, ensure that you've added destination airport codes within PNR Management.
