Looking for a way to give an event your official stamp of approval before it goes live? Event Approval gives Administrators the final say to approve or deny a Pending event.
 
NOTE: This is an additional feature that may not appear in your account by default. Submit a case to have it enabled.

Submitting a Flex or Classic Event for Approval

1 Submit the event for approval. When using this feature, account users without an Administrator user role will be required to send events for approval.

First, 
make sure you've thoroughly tested your event. To submit an event for approval when you're ready, hover over Event Details and, under General, click Event Status. Then, click Send for Approval.

2 Select the recipient. In the Recipients section, select your approver from the list of account Administrators. Add an optional custom message, if desired.

Click Confirm. A notification will be sent to the Administrator.
 


Approving a Flex or Classic Event

1 Approve or deny the event. Begin by selecting the event you want to approve, or click the link within the notification email you received. Hover over Event Details and, under General, click Event Status.  

Select Approve Event or Deny Event. Notify other Administrators of the action, if desired.

Click Confirm.
 
NOTE: Once approved, the event can be launched by any user with full access to “Event Launch & Cancellation” in their user role.
