Your Cvent Account Team is comprised of different types of people who offer different types of support for the Cvent products you've purchased. Here is a list of possible Account Team members:

Account Team
 
  • Account Manager (AM) - Ensures that you get the most value out of your account. They handle contract-related questions and requests for additional functionality. An Account Manager will also schedule review calls to gauge your satisfaction and success with Cvent.
  • Success Resource -  A partner committed to understanding your goals and total events or surveys program that will recommend a strategy for you to optimize your adoption of the Cvent platform. They will engage Solutions Specialists for subject matter expertise throughout your customer journey. Your success resource may be a Client Success Advisor (CSA), Client Success Manager (CSM), Outreach Specialist, or Onboarding Specialist.
  • Solutions Specialist - Subject matter experts in areas of the Cvent platform: Registration, Integrations, CrowdCompass, Attendee Hub, the Supplier Network, and more.

Professional Services
 
  • Event Builder (EB) - If you purchase the Event Build service, the Event Builder will be your main point of contact throughout the process and will build your event website and registration to fit your organization's needs.
  • Project Manager (PM) - If you have purchased OnArrival 360 or Virtual Event 360, the Project Manager is a resource who will assist with coordinating onsite and virtual event needs such as hardware, software, event configuration, badge printing, Advanced Production services, and support for the duration of your event. 
  • Implementation Analyst (IA) - If you have purchased Professional Service hours, the Implementation Analyst will help automate your organization's manual processes using the Cvent platform. They develop a custom rollout plan for all of your purchased Cvent products, advise on recommended strategies, and configure your Cvent products accordingly.

On-Demand Resources
 
  • Cvent Community -  This is our central hub to help you maximize your Cvent success and should be your first line of defense for any assistance you need with the tool. Think of this as Cvent's "Google." In the Community you can access product trainings, browse educational content, and connect with your fellow Cvent customers and experts in the Forums.
  • Product Consultants (PC) - Have the deepest Cvent knowledge and make up our front-line support team. When you submit a case, open a chat, or call, a Product Consultant will be the one troubleshooting your issue or answering your question. They are available 24/7.
