Your audience type determines which invitees will receive your scheduled and automatic emails and which invitees you can manually send emails to. When creating your Classic or Flex email, your audience types include:
  • All Invited - Everyone added to your invitation lists.
  • Undecided Invitees - An invitee who has not RSVP'd to attend the event or not, and has the invitee status of No Response or Visited.
  • Invitees who abandoned registration - An invitee who begins registering, but does not click Finish.  This audience type will not work when manually sending an email .
  • Registrants Pending Approval - An invitee who registered for the event, but is awaiting your approval.
  • Denied Registrants - An invitee who registered for the event, that you did not accept.
  • Waitlisted Invitees - An invitee who has been added to the event waitlist, but is waiting for a spot to open up.
  • Accepted Registrants - An invitee who successfully registered for the event, or, if you have Registration Approval enable, that you have approved.
  • Cancelled Registrants - An invitee who registered for the event, but then cancels.
  • Declined Registrants - An invitee who has RSVP'd "No" to the event.
  • Attended Registrants - A registrant who has been marked as a participant.
  • No-Show Registrants - An invitee who registered for the event, but did not attend, and, therefore, was not marked as a participant.
  • Invitees who haven't completed all their feedback surveys - A registrant who has received the Classic or Flex feedback survey, but has not yet filled all of them out. This audience type will not work when manually sending an email .
  • Attendees who completed all their feedback surveys - A registrant that has filled out all of their Classic or Flex feedback surveys. This audience type will not work when manually sending an email .
  • Registrants who have a balance due - An invitee who has registered for the event, but has not paid their their amount due. This audience type will not work when manually sending an email .
  • Accepted Guests - A guest who has registered in a Classic or Flex event for the event by the primary registrant.
  • Attended Guests - A guest who has been marked as a participant.
  • No-Show Guests - A guest who registered for the event, but did not attend, and, therefore, was not marked as a participant.
  • Guest who did not respond to the feedback survey- A registrant who has received the Classic or Flex feedback survey, but has not yet filled it out. This audience type will not work when manually sending an email .
  • Guests who completed the feedback survey - A registrant that has filled out the Classic or Flex feedback survey. This audience type will not work when manually sending an email .
