Don’t want the hassle of choosing a payment gateway and setting up a merchant account? With Cvent Payment Services (CPS), we can handle all of that for a percentage of the transactions you process. This processing fee applies to payments and refunds. You can process payments in over 145 currencies but we can only transfer the funds in USD, GBP, AUD, SGD, EUR & CAD.

1 Share your account info with us. We’ll need some information from your bank so we can transfer funds collected through Cvent into your account. Gather the following, then fill out this form.
  • Yearly registration fees collected
  • Average registration fee
  • Accepted credit card types
  • Accepted currencies
  • Bank name (exactly as listed)
After submitting the form, allow two to three business days for setup and testing. You’ll receive a notification email when your account is ready.

2 Run a credit card test. Once your merchant account is ready, enable the setting to collect Card Security Codes in your event, then test using a credit card before launching. Follow these instructions to ensure refunds and transactions are working properly.

NOTE: To learn how to view remittance reports, follow these steps.
