Building Out Your First Flex Event

After setting up your account, you're ready to create your first event. Follow the steps below to do just that. 
 




Create the framework of your event. Start by completing the Event Creation Wizard. For more guidance once you're done, check out the planning steps on the Overview page.




Add agenda items and fees. Next create the things an invitee can select during registration, including admission items and sessions. If this is a paid event, add what they'll cost as well and be sure to set up a refund policy.




Design your event site. Tailor your site and registration with the Site Designer. Add hyperlinksFor registration, determine what questions invitees will be asked.




Prep to promote. Import your contacts, then create emails for them. Use the Email Designer to insert data tags.  




Test your event. Once you're ready, switch to Test Mode and use testing scenarios to check every angle of your event. 

Once you've ensured your event is ready, launch it and send out the invitations.
