Are exhibitors sponsoring sessions at your event? With Sponsored Sessions, you can associate sessions to exhibitors, allowing exhibitors to view those sessions and export lead information from session participants.

1 Add sessions to your event from Cvent. Follow these instructions to add sessions to your event. If you've already added your sessions, go to the next step.

Or, add sessions to your event from Onsite Solutions Standalone. Follow these instructions to add sessions to your event. If you've already added your sessions, go to the next step.

2 Open Exhibitor Management from Cvent. Hover over Website & Registration and, under Onsite, click Exhibitor Management.

Or, open Exhibitor Management from Onsite Solutions Standalone. Go to Onsite Solutions and log in to your account. Click the name of your event. Then, from the left-hand navigation, click Exhibitors.

3 Turn on Sponsored Sessions. The Exhibitors tab opens by default. Click the tab to the right, Exhibitor Settings.

Scroll down to the LeadCapture and Sponsored Sessions Settings section and toggle "Sponsored Sessions" to green.

Sponsored Sessions

Decide if you want to hide sponsored session participation details from exhibitors. To allow your exhibitors to access this information, leave "Hide Session Participation" toggled to grey.

Click Save changes.

4 Associate sessions to an exhibitor. From the top navigation bar, click the Exhibitors tab. Click on an exhibitor's name to open their profile, or add a new one.

The Overview tab opens by default. Click the tab to the right, Sponsored Sessions.

Click Add sponsored sessions.

A list of your event's sessions will appear. Check the boxes next to the sessions you want this exhibitor to be associated to.

Click Save.

NOTE: One exhibitor can be associated to multiple sessions, and one session can be associated to multiple exhibitors.

Exhibitors will be able to see their sponsored sessions when they log into their portal, and can also export leads from these sessions under Sponsored Sessions > Download Leads, if you've allowed them to access this information. This spreadsheet will only contain the participants who were checked in to the session and the contact fields that are configured under Exhibitors > Exhibitor Settings > LeadCapture and Sponsored Sessions Settings > Collection Fields.
