Checking In Attendees in Appointments

Check your attendees in to their appointments to keep track of who actually shows up. Or, have the appointment host do the work for you.

Checking In Attendees from the Calendar

1 Open the Calendar. Begin by selecting your Appointments event. Then, click Calendar in the top navigation bar.

2 Find an appointment. On the left hand side, use the Attendees tab to search for an attendee and the Groups filter to narrow down the list of attendees by their group. Use the Locations tab to view appointments occurring in a specific location.

Check the box next to an attendee's name or a location to see what's been booked.

3 Open the appointment. Click on the appointment to open it. Details will appear to the right.

4 Check in the attendees. Click Edit.

You have the ability to check in any attendee, but you cannot check in a host. To check in an attendee, click Actions to the right of their name, then click Check-In. A new status will appear.

To undo a check-in, click Actions to the right of the attendee's name, then click Undo Check-In. When you're done, click Update Appointment Invitation.

5 See who's checked in. Run a report to see who has been checked in to the event. Close out of the calendar, then click Reporting in the top navigation bar.

The Appointment Details (Consolidated) report will pull each appointment on its own row. Scroll to the right, and any attendees who have checked in will appear under the "Checked-In Attendees" column.

The Appointment Summary report will pull each attendee on their own row. The "Requests Sent - Checked In" and "Requests Received - Checked In" will show how many of the requests that the attendee has sent or received resulted in actual appointments.

1 Access the Scheduler. If you're the host of an appointment, you can check in attendees through your Scheduler. Click on the link or button within the original invitation email to access your personal schedule.

 
3 Open the appointment. Click on the appointment to open it. The appointment will appear to the right.

4 Check in the attendees. Click Edit.
