The report will display color-coded performance metrics for each of your venues. For each metric, you can see your performance expressed as:

  • Ahead and Gaining - Your hotel is ahead of the competitive set average for the period and improving Year over Year (YoY).
  • Ahead but Losing - Your hotel is ahead of the competitive set average for the period, but declining Year over Year (YoY).
  • Ahead but No Data - Your hotel is ahead of the competitive set average for the period and does not have enough data for YoY.
  • Behind and Losing - Your hotel is behind the competitive set average for the period and declining Year over Year (YoY).
  • Behind but Gaining - Your hotel is behind the competitive set average for the period, but improving Year over Year (YoY).
  • Behind but No Data - Your hotel is behind the competitive set average for the period and does not have enough data for YoY.
  • No data - Your hotel does not have an associated competitive set or it does not have enough data.
