2 Customize your report data. Hover over Data in the top right and select Change Report Data. In the report data settings, you can choose what you want to see by selecting the criteria you want to use. Click Run when you're done.

3 View and manage your report. At the top of the report, you get a bird's-eye view of your portfolio performance in terms of received RFPs, bid rate, average response time, and conversion rate. These figures are compared to the ones recorded in the previous period giving you a quick overview of the year-over-year (YoY) performance for each of the four metrics.

The rest of the data is compartmentalized into several editable widgets that display your portfolio pace and trends based on received and arrival month.
  • Received - The current number of RFPs or room nights sourced across your portfolio, compared to the previous period.
  • Bid Rate - The current percentage of RFPs or room nights for which your portfolio submitted proposals, compared to the previous period.
  • Turn Down Rate with Alternate Dates - The current percentage of RFPs or room nights rejected by your portfolio, compared to the previous period.
  • Average Response Time - The average number of hours your portfolio needs to submit a proposal, compared to the previous period.
  • Awarded - The number of RFPs or room nights won by your portfolio, compared to the previous period.
  • Conversion Rate - The percentage of the bid RFPs won by your portfolio.
Grouping data by arrival month allows you to view the expected business trends in the months and years to come.

4 Save your customized report. If you have made edits to the widget settings and report criteria, you can save them for future use by hovering over ...Actions in the top right and clicking Save As. Enter a name for your customized report and a description, if desired. You can also create a schedule to automatically run the report at regular intervals.

Click Save when you're done. You can find your customized report in the Saved Reports tab.

5 Export your report. To keep a record of your current report data hover over ...Actions and click Export. Select the format you want and click Export.
