Integrating OnSite Solutions with CrowdCompass can be a huge time saver, instantly syncing your Attendees, Sessions, and Exhibitors between the two products. Here's how to turn it on from your OnSite Solutions account.

1 Access the Integrations tab. Log into your OnSite Solutions account and click your event's name. Click Event Settings in the side nav, then navigate to the Integrations tab.
 
NOTE: Not seeing this tab? Contact your Account Team to enable it.

2 Authorize the connection to your CrowdCompass account. Next to the CrowdCompass integration, click Connect.

Enter the email and password you use to log into the CrowdCompass EventCenter. Click Allow Access.

3 Select your event. Click Select event to sync, then choose which CrowdCompass event you want to sync to. The 100 most recent events will display in the event dropdown.
 
NOTE: Before you can set up the integration, you must create your CrowdCompass event in the EventCenter.
 
4 Choose syncing options. In the Syncing Options section, choose which content items to sync to your mobile app. Your options include:
 
  • Attendees - Syncs your registrants to CrowdCompass as attendees
  • Sessions - Syncs your sessions and attendee schedules to CrowdCompass 
  • Exhibitors - Syncs your exhibitors to CrowdCompass
 
NOTE: If you choose to sync sessions, attendees will be synced by default. This ensures that attendee schedules can push to the mobile app with your sessions.
Selecting Syncing Options

The integration will sync every five minutes by default. Edit the value in the Interval boxes beneath each synced object to adjust the frequency of the sync. You can set the sync to run anywhere from once every minute to once every 999 minutes.

Select the date and time that the integration should start syncing, and when it should stop.

When you've finished, click Save.

NOTE: Once the integration is on, all updates to synced content should be made in OnSite Solutions. Any changes made to synced content in the CrowdCompass EventCenter will be overwritten the next time the integration runs.
