How do I approve or deny requests to view an Access Portal?

If you have chosen to require access request approval for your access portal or public webpage, click Admin in the top right. Hover over Access Portals and, under Manage, click Access Portals. Click the name of the access portal or public webpage you want to manage requests for. The Portal Details tab opens by default. Click the tab to the right, Access Requests. Check the box to the left of the guests you would like to manage, then hover over Actions, and click Approve or Deny. If you deny a requester, they will receive the Access Request Denied email as long as you have the email set to Active.
