Cvent offers a seven different ways to collect feedback across multiple products. To learn which option will work best for you, reference the list below.
 

Inquisium
 
Classic Survey - In its simplest form, this survey solution allows you to collect any respondent's feedback, whether it's for trainings, customer feedback, etc. But it doesn't stop there. You can customize the survey experience based on different audiences, track and score answers, and integrate survey answers with other Cvent products.


 
  • Requirements: Inquisium Surveys license
  • Integrates with: Event Management (Classic and Flex)
  • Limitations: Feedback cannot be automatically synced with OnArrival or CrowdCompass. However, you can give attendees access to the survey through your CrowdCompass app using Dynamic Links or, if you're using the Dynamic Event Guide, by setting up the Share Your Feedback section. Also, Classic Surveys cannot be converted to New Surveys.

New Survey - This is Cvent's newest survey solution that will replace Classic Inquisium. Currently, all of Classic's features are not available in this new solution, but general surveys can be created and feedback can be collected. If you also have an Event Management account and use Flex events, Premium surveys, which utilize the same designer, will be available for you to create and maintain multiple event and session feedback surveys.
 
  • Requirements: Inquisium Surveys license and Surveys (New) enabled
  • Integrates with: Event Management (Flex events only)
  • Limitations: Feedback cannot be automatically synced with OnArrival or CrowdCompass. However, you can give attendees access to the survey through your CrowdCompass app using Dynamic Links or, if you're using the Dynamic Event Guide, by setting up the Share Your Feedback section. Also, New Surveys cannot be converted to Classic Surveys.

Event
 
Flex Basic Feedback - The default feedback survey in your Flex events. You'll be able to create one event survey and one session feedback survey. If multiple event or session surveys are needed, and you have Inquisium in your account, you can switch to a Premium survey.

 
  • Requirements: Event Management license and Flex Event
  • Integrates with: Inquisium Premium Survey
  • Limitations: Feedback cannot be automatically synced with OnArrival or CrowdCompass. However, you can give attendees access to the survey through your CrowdCompass app using Dynamic Links or, if you're using the Dynamic Event Guide, by setting up the Share Your Feedback section.

Premium Feedback - This feedback survey is available for Flex events, but is set up within the Inquisium (New) solution. With the Premium survey, you can create multiple event and session feedback surveys, and speaker feedback can also be collected. If you do not have Inquisium in your account, you will only have access to the Basic Feedback survey.
 
  • Requirements: Event Management License, Inquisium License, Flex event, and Surveys (New) enabled
  • Integrates with: Inquisium New Surveys
  • Limitations: Feedback cannot be automatically synced with OnArrival or CrowdCompass. However, you can give attendees access to the survey through your CrowdCompass app using Dynamic Links or, if you're using the Dynamic Event Guide, by setting up the Share Your Feedback section.


Stakeholder Feedback - This feedback survey is available for Flex events, but is set up within the Inquisium (New) solution. The stakeholder feedback survey allows you to collect your internal stakeholders' thoughts on the success of your event. If you do not have Inquisium in your account, you will not have access to collecting stakeholder feedback. (Links won't work until the stakeholder survey article is published.)
 
  • Requirements: Event Management License, Inquisium License, Flex event, and Surveys (New) enabled
  • Integrates with: Inquisium New Surveys
  • Limitations: Feedback cannot be automatically synced with OnArrival or CrowdCompass.


Standard Feedback Survey - This feedback survey is available in Classic events. When creating your Classic event, you'll need to decide if you'll use this survey or the Event Feedback (New) survey. You should select the Standard option if you want registrants' answers to be tracked within the invitee record, or if you want to allow your registrants to take the survey multiple times.
 
  • Requirements: Event Management License and Classic Event
  • Integrates with: Inquisium
  • Limitations: Feedback cannot be automatically synced with OnArrival or CrowdCompass. However, you can create a Web URL navigation icon that directs attendees to your survey from within the CrowdCompass app.

Event Feedback (New) - This feedback survey is available in Classic events. When creating your Classic event, you'll need to decide if you'll use this survey or the Standard Feedback Survey. You should select this option if you are also using OnArrival, as your check-ins will be synced automatically. Also, if using CrowdCompass, your session feedback will be synced.
 
  • Requirements: Event Management License and Classic Event
  • Integrates with: Inquisium, OnArrival, and CrowdCompass (session feedback only)
  • Limitations: Only session feedback can be synced to CrowdCompass. However, you can give attendees access to the event and session feedback surveys through your CrowdCompass app using Dynamic Links or, if you're using the Dynamic Event Guide, by setting up the Share Your Feedback section.

CrowdCompass

CrowdCompass Surveys - This feedback survey is available within your CrowdCompass app. Attendees can submit their responses, even if there’s no Wi-Fi, and their answers will sync when they get a connection. Each survey can be associated to sessions, speakers, and organization pages, or displayed behind a navigation icon.
 
  • Requirements: CrowdCompass License
  • Integrates with: Does not directly integrate with other Cvent products
  • Limitations: Feedback cannot be synced with OnArrival or Event.
