To view the categories that make up the score and the corresponding points assigned to each, click the User-added image to the left of Overall engagement score category.

For additional details about the actions attendees have most recently completed within your event, reference the Action Timeline.

NOTE: If a registration is cancelled or a check-in is undone, the reciprocal interaction will be removed from the Action Timeline.

Or, view the engagement score for individual attendees. Click View score dashboard next to the interaction you want to see. Then, click View individual attendee scores.

A new tab will open in your browser with the Engagement Score report. By default, the report will display each attendee's name, their engagement score, and their percentage to most engaged for the entire event, with 100% meaning that the attendee has achieved the maximum number of points assigned to the interactions available for the event.

Follow these steps to change and filter the report data, export the report, or save the report, if desired.

NOTE: Engagement scores can be re-calculated up to 90 days after the event's end date.

4 Create a custom score, if necessary. Click the arrow in the top-left, then click Open Engagement Score to go back to the engagement score page. Scroll to the bottom and click Create custom score.

Give the score a name and a description, if desired. Then click Create score.

In the Categories section, click Create Category. Give the category a name and description, if desired. Then click Next.

Check the box next to the action that you want to include in the category. Then, change the display name and add a description, if desired. Assign a point value to prioritize different interactions. Every time an attendee completes this interaction, they will be awarded points. The maximum point value is 100.

Use the Minimum and Maximum completions fields to limit the number of times the attendee can complete this action.

If the action applies to an exhibitor or session, use the "Apply to" dropdown to apply this action to all exhibitors or sessions, or check the boxes next to the specific exhibitors or sessions you want to include.

Depending on the type of action you select, you can also determine which platform you want to require attendees to complete the action from: the attendee website, event app, or both.

When you're done, click Create Category.

Repeat these steps for each category you want to create for your custom score.

NOTE: You can have up to 20 custom scores in one event.
