Want to know how your partner venues are performing based on the region they are located in? Follow the steps below to run the Performance by Region report and manage its data.

NOTE: This is an additional feature. Contact your sales representative to learn more.

1 Verify your regions, if necessary. If you haven't already done so, make sure regions are defined and up-to-date for the report you're building.

2 Run the report. Click Business Intelligence, then Reports. Click Performance by Region.

NOTE: Can't see the Business Intelligence tab? Ask your administrator to assign you a user role that gives you full access to it.

To familiarize yourself with the key terms used throughout the report, click User-added image at the top.

You can also choose to view your report based on RFP or room night data by clicking the option below the report's name.

3 Modify your report criteria if necessary. By default, the report data is based on the RFPs received within the last 365 days through the Cvent Supplier Network, by all the venues you are currently partnered with. To customize how your data is returned, modify your report criteria.

4 Manage your report widgets. At the top of the report you get a quick performance overview of the venues you are partnered with, in terms of unique received RFPs or room nights, bid rate, average response time, and conversion rate. Each of these metrics is displayed in a separate widget.

The widgets also display the figures recorded in the previous period, as well as year-over-year (YoY) comparisons between the current and previous period. For instance, if you set your report criteria to display data based on RFPs received in the current month, this will be compared to the data based on RFPs received this month last year.

The rest of the widgets in the report display data grouped by the regions you defined:

  • Unique Received RFPs by Region
  • Bid Rate
  • Average Response Time
  • Turn Down Rates With Alternate Dates
  • Awarded
  • Conversion Rates
  • Region Statistics

To view a short description of each widget, hover over the User-added image icon in its top right.

You can edit the widgets per your needs, to focus on the data that matters to you.

5 Save your customized report. If you have made edits to the widget settings and report criteria, you can save them for future use by hovering over ...Actions in the top right and clicking Save As. Enter a name for your customized report and a description, if desired. You can also create a schedule to automatically run the report at regular intervals.

Click Save when you're done. You can find your customized report in the Saved Reports tab.

6 Export your data. To keep a record of your current report data hover over ...Actions and click Export. Select the format you want and click Export.
