NOTE: Can't see the Business Intelligence tab? Ask your administrator to assign you a user role that gives you full access to it.

2 Customize your report data. Hover over Data in the top right and select Change Report Data. In the report data settings, you can choose what you want to see by selecting the criteria you want to use. Click Run when you're done.

3 View and manage your report. At the top of the report, you get a bird's-eye view of your partner venues' performance in terms of unique RFPs or room nights received, bid rate, average response time, and conversion rate.

To view a short description of each metric, hover over the User-added image icon in the widget's top right.

The widgets also display the figures recorded in the previous period, as well as year-over-year (YoY) comparisons between the current and previous period. For instance, if you set your report criteria to display data based on RFPs received in the current month, this will be compared to the data based on RFPs received this month last year.

The rest of the data is compartmentalized into several editable widgets that display your partner venues' pace and trends based on received and arrival month. These include:

  • Unique Received - The current number of unique RFPs or room nights sourced across your partner venues, compared to the previous period.
  • Bid Rate - The current percentage of RFPs or room nights for which your partner venues submitted proposals, compared to the previous period.
  • Turn Down Rate with Alternate Dates - The current percentage of RFPs or room nights rejected by your partner venues, compared to the previous period.
  • Average Response Time - The average number of hours your partner venues needed to submit a proposal, compared to the previous period.
  • Awarded by Arrival Month - The number of RFPs or room nights won by your partner venues, compared to the previous period.
  • Conversion Rate by Arrival Month - The percentage of the bid RFPs or room nights won by your partner venues, compared to the previous period.

Grouping data by arrival month allows you to view the expected business trends in the months and years to come.

4 Save your customized report. If you have edited the report criteria and widget filters, you can save them for future use by hovering over ...Actions in the top right and clicking Save As. Enter a name for your customized report and a description, if desired. You can also create a schedule to automatically run the report at regular intervals.

Click Save when you're done. You can find your customized report in the Saved Reports tab.

5 Export your report. To keep a record of your current report data hover over ...Actions and click Export. Select the format you want and click Export.
