Once your Attendee Website and Event App are ready to go live, it's time to publish!

NOTE: The Attendee Website and Event App must be published separately.

Publishing Your Attendee Website

1 Access the Attendee Website and App Builder. Select your Flex event. From the left-hand navigation, click Attendee Hub, then Website and App.

NOTE: This content was created for the New Experience. If you haven't already, click Switch Now at the top of your account to follow these steps.

Click Manage website and app.

2 Make your website live. The Overview page opens by default. Under the "Ready to go live?" text, click Go live.

Launch Website

Then click Go live again. Don't worry. You can still change graphics, theme colors, and almost all content once you do.

NOTE: For extra peace of mind, we don't send automatic messages to attendees letting them know the Attendee Website is live. If you're using the Registration feature, the link to your website won't be shared anywhere in registration by default.

3 Start spreading the word. Once you publish and you're ready for attendees to start logging in, add the link to your Attendee Website to an email and send it to your attendees to ensure they know how to access the site. If you're using the Registration feature, we also recommend adding the "My Event Link" button to the Confirmation page of registration and to the Registration Confirmation email.

Publishing Your Event App

3 Make your event live. After closing out of the live preview, from the left-hand navigation, click OverviewUnder the "Ready to make your Attendee mobile app live?" text, click Go live.

Launch App

Review your settings and click Go live again. Don't worry. You can still change graphics, theme colors, and almost all content once you do.

NOTE: For extra peace of mind, we don't send automatic messages to attendees letting them know the Event App is live. If you're using the Registration feature, the link to your app won't be shared anywhere in registration by default.
