Once your Attendee Website and Event App are ready to go live, it's time to publish!
NOTE: The Attendee Website and Event App must be published separately.

Publishing Your Attendee Website

1 Launch your Flex event. After you've finished building out your Flex event, launch the event to make it Active.

2 Access the Attendee Website and App Builder. Hover over Promotion & Communication and, under Attendee Hub, select Website and App.

Click Manage website and app.

3 Navigate to the Attendee Website page. In the side navigation menu, click Attendee Website.

4 Make your website live. On the right, click Go Live.
Publish Attendee Website

Then click Go Live again.

5 Start spreading the word. Once you publish, add the "My Event Link" button to an email and send it to your registrants to ensure they know how to access the virtual site. Don't forget to add the button to the Confirmation page of registration and to the Registration Confirmation email as well.

Publishing Updates

1 Make your changes. Once you've published your Attendee Website and Event App, any changes you make in the Attendee Website and App Builder will be automatically saved. However, your updates will not yet be pushed to the website or app and will be lost if you exit the Attendee Website and App Builder without publishing them.

2 Publish the changes. When you're ready to publish the changes you've made, click the Update event app button or Update website button in the top right.

Update Event App

Then click Update event or Update website. Once you do, any changes you've made in the Attendee Website and App Builder will be pushed to the website or app.
NOTE: If you see the "Go live" button instead, you still need to publish your Event App or Attendee Website.
