Once your Attendee Website and Event App are published, attendees can log in by following the instructions below.

Logging In to the Attendee Website

1 Access the login page. Look for the Attendee Website link on your event's website, in your registration confirmation email, or in other communications from the event planner. Once you've found it, click the link to access the login page for the virtual site.

2 Enter your info. You'll be prompted to enter your first name, last name, and email address. Then click Next.

3 Verify your account. You'll either receive an email and text message containing a verification code, or just an email. Read it, then return to your browser, enter the code, and click Log in.

You'll be logged in and taken to the Attendee Website's Home page.
 
NOTE: Verification codes can only be used once and expire after 24 hours. If you're logging in on multiple devices, you'll receive a new verification code for each.


Logging In to the Event App From Your Invitation

1 Download the app. On the device you're bringing to the event, open the invitation in your inbox and tap Open the App

NOTE: If you click the "Open the App" button on a desktop browser, you can enter your mobile number and click Send me the app to be sent the app link in a text message.
 
You'll be taken directly to the app in the App Store or Google Play Store, depending on your device type. Tap Get or Install to download the app.

If you already have the app downloaded, you'll be logged in and taken directly to the event's Home page instead.

2 Verify your account. After the app has finished downloading, click OpenYou'll be logged in and taken to the event's Home page. If the Event Planner has added custom terms, you'll need to tap Accept first.
 
NOTE: The invitation can only be used once and expires after 24 hours.


Logging In From the Event App

1 Download the app. On the device you're bringing to the event, access the App Store or Google Play Store and search for the "Cvent Events" app. Once you've found the app, download it.

2 Search for the event. Return to your device's home screen and open the app. Depending on the event's security settings, enter the event name or event ID in the search bar.


3 Download the event. Tap the Download Event Icon icon to download the event.

If prompted, enter the event ID and tap Download event.

4 Enter your info. If you aren't automatically prompted to log in, tap the Profile tab at the bottom of the screen, then Log in.

Enter your first name, last name, and email. Then tap the arrow.

5 Verify your account. You'll either receive an email and text message containing a verification code or just an email. Read it, then return to the app, enter the code, and tap the arrow.

After entering the verification code, you'll be logged in and taken to the event's Home page, or back to the Profile tab.
