When faced with the difficult decision to potentially postpone, reschedule, or cancel an event using Cvent products, we want to ensure that you are equipped with all the information you need. This article will help walk you through how to manage each scenario.

Making a Decision
To get a better idea of which path forward makes the most sense for your organization and event, assess your risks, partnerships, and anticipated refunds first before making a decision.
 
NOTE: Do not cancel a registration event in Cvent until your internal evaluation, attendee communication plan, and go-forward plan is complete. Once the status for an event is moved to "Cancelled," scheduled email communication can no longer be sent to registrants and refunds will be processed.
